Beneath the Surface Psychology

Beneath the Surface Psychology offers depth-oriented, trauma-informed therapy for adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and create lasting change. I work with people who feel stuck in recurring emotional or relationship patterns, whether those patterns show up as anxiety, people pleasing, perfectionism, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or a persistent sense of not feeling like themselves.

In-person: Craigieburn
Online: Australia-wide
