Payment Options

  • You don’t need a referral to book an appointment. Many people choose to attend without one; in this case, the full session fee applies.

  • If you have a valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you may be eligible to receive Medicare rebates for psychological therapy, which can help reduce the out-of-pocket cost per session (as above under fees).

  • If you have private health insurance, you may also be able to claim a partial rebate depending on your level of cover. It’s worth checking directly with your insurer to understand what is available to you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee which is equivalent to the full fee cost.

Missed or late-cancelled sessions cannot be claimed through Medicare.

This policy ensures fair access to appointments and respects the time set aside for your care.
